All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.

Texas law governs this Agreement. Class actions are waived.

Law Enforcement & Legal Requests:

Islambrella is a private, invitation-based matchmaking service that collects limited personal information from its members for the sole purpose of facilitating compatible introductions. We do not operate a public-facing platform, host user-generated content, or maintain open user profiles.

We are committed to cooperating with law enforcement and government authorities in accordance with applicable law. We respond to valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants, issued by courts or government agencies with proper jurisdiction.
