How We Identify and Detect Violations

Islambrella maintains the following controls to identify and detect policy violations:

•All applicants undergo a mandatory face-to-face video consultation before admission, enabling us to verify identity and assess eligibility and intent.

•All matching is performed manually by a human matchmaker. No anonymous browsing or self-selection occurs.
•Structured feedback is collected from both parties after every introduction, enabling us to identify concerns or misconduct.
•Session recordings, forms, and internal notes are retained and available for review in cases of reported violations.
•Clients may report violations at any time at admin@matchmakerslab.com.
