CLIENT AGREEMENT

This Client Agreement, together with the policies linked below, form the full Terms & Conditions governing your use of our matchmaking services.

Nature of Services

Islambrella is a concierge matchmaking and introductions service. We facilitate structured video introductions, consultations, communications, and coordination.

Islambrella is not a dating application and does not guarantee marriage, attraction, compatibility, outcomes, or a specific number of meetings.

Good-Faith Participation

Clients affirm that they are sincerely seeking marriage and engaging in the process in good faith.

Islambrella reserves the right to remove any client from its database if it reasonably determines misuse or lack of sincere intent.

Vetting Process & Limitations

Islambrella conducts a limited vetting process which may include identity verification and video meetings.

Islambrella does not conduct criminal background checks, credit checks, medical or psychological evaluations, financial reviews, or legal investigations.

Clients are solely responsible for their own due diligence.

Islambrella does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or religious advisory services.

All feedback is informational only.

Definition of a Match

A Match is defined as the identification of two clients deemed potentially compatible and the opportunity to participate in a coordinated video introduction.

Match Response Window

Clients must respond within 48 hours of match notification or the match may be forfeited.

Meeting Expectations

Up to three meetings are encouraged but not guaranteed.

A match ends if either party declines to continue.

Consent to Recording & Documentation

Clients consent to recording and storage of video sessions, communications, forms, and internal notes for operational, safety, training, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Third-Party Digital Tools

Islambrella uses third-party platforms for video, CRM, scheduling, communications, automation, and storage.

Client data may be processed by such providers in accordance with their own policies.

Limitation of Responsibility

Islambrella is not responsible for outages, data practices, or security failures of third-party providers.

Client Conduct During Meetings

Islambrella coordinates introductions but does not monitor or supervise live interactions.

Clients are solely responsible for their conduct.

Force Majeure

Islambrella is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Islambrella is not liable for emotional distress, undisclosed history, off-platform conduct, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Islambrella from claims arising from their actions or interactions.

Arbitration & Governing Law

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.

Texas law governs this Agreement. Class actions are waived.
