PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Pay-Per-Match Model
Islambrella charges a single fee when a match is identified and accepted.
Payment Timing
Payment is required before coordination of the first video introduction.
Earned Fees
Once coordination begins, fees are fully earned and non-refundable.
Non-Continuation
If either party declines to continue, the match is considered completed without refund.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination.
